Sage 50 (formerly Line 50) and Sage 200 are fantastic accounting software packages that provide a great functionality off the shelf. However what they provide may not be quite what your business needs.

The most common job we are asked to do is linking some data you already have into Sage. This could be a output from a specialist stock package, a job control package or indeed anything that outputs information you want put into Sage. This could be a one off job say copying invoices and accounts from another package into Sage. It could a job you want done every day or hour say inputting orders from your web site or an excel sheet.

You might also want to get information out from Sage into a format that is too complex for the built in report generator to handle.

Contact us today – we will discuss your requirements and get a clear idea of what you are trying to achieve and why. At this point if we think your requirements can be met within Sage we will tell you how – you will have a no cost solution.

If we think a custom solution will work for you then

  • We will then draw up a plan of action. Where a project can be split into smaller parts we will do this.
  • We will then cost the parts and give you a specification of the work to be completed and the relevant costs and timescales.
  • If you like our price and solution we will get coding
  • We will deliver the solution and make sure you are 100% happy
  • We will get paid – the nice bit for us!

Looking after you long term

When we deliver a project you can expect it to work to the specification agreed. You will be supplied with documentation where appropriate. We will install the add on software on your PC
/ Network and show you how to use it. Where appropriate we will advise you on how to backup any additional files created by the software.

We will fix any errors reported to us within 6 months of installation free of charge – if it is something that couldn’t be tested within 6 month say a year end then we will still fix it. If you want you can take out a support contract on the software after this initial period then we will continue to fix anything that comes – this is not compulsory.

You will be able to upgrade the software yourself to match new Sage versions (as long as there are no major changes to Sage).

We normally provide support remotely from our offices – we get you to go to a web site type in a support number and we will temporarily communicate with your PC. For this you will obviously need an internet connection.
