Sales this month have been particularly strong in Norway and Finland.

The new retail features aimed at both general retailing point of sales and specialist retailers have proved very popular. The strength of the Casio brand and the great efforts of the sales teams are being rewarded by a loyal following.

In October we will be launching both a public help forum for CBMS and the QT6600 and QT6100 products.  We will also be launching a closed forum with rapid response for Casio’s premier dealer channel.

September will see the much anticipated launch of CBMS version 5.1 with a host of new features. As I type this the finishing touches are being put to the user and dealer documentation.

My plans for getting all my gifts online this year have taken a bit of a knock with couries taking over 7 days to do next day deliveries. Yup we really are badly equipped to deal with winter here.
