The Service
Response time of 8 hours to any support calls placed. Where a client has broadband internet connectivity, remote assistance is configured by us at the outset of the contract so we can connect directly to your machine for troubleshooting & configuration. Mansol Go operates from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday but increased cover may be specified on request.

Support can be carried out by an IT Technician using the latest remote assistance software which allows us to connect directly to your computer so we can fix any issues without delay. When the expertise of a Consultant is required, the same rates will apply - no extra charges.

Price
A single Mansol Go credit costs £70 and is equal to 1 hour. The more pre-paid time you buy, the larger the discount we can offer.
