Mansol PLAN is our premier support service and is designed on a case-by-case basis for companies who need an IT partner to act like an internal IT department.

Mansol Plan provides proactive monitoring and scheduled maintenance to reduce the number of IT problems and keep your system running seamlessly and smoothly.

What's covered?
Weekly Maintenance
  • Network administration tasks [including Windows and Office updates]
  • Proactive monitoring and alerting
Monthly Maintenance
  • Proactive Account Management with an appointed Account Manager holding regular face-to-face meetings
  • Review problems that have arisen during the previous month
  • Present infrastructure statistics from PC’s/Network
  • Check for any non-emergency problems
Annual Maintenance
  • Consultancy time of 15 minutes per PC or laptop plus 1 hour per server per year
  • IT Review and Health-Check and recommendations made for the following year
As required
  • Key component disaster recovery
Mansol Plan also provides:

  • Regular monthly review meetings
Inclusive Consultancy Time
For every PC and laptop, we will provide 15 minutes inclusive consultancy per year, and 1 hour per server. This consultancy can be used as required for e.g.
  • Specific project work
  • Pro-active reviews to ensure the IT environment continues to serve the needs of the business
  • Review of business processes and IT integration to help deliver operational efficiency and business performance improvement
  • Training
Mansol Flexi operates from 9.00am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.*

Mansol Plan is a bespoke service.
Costs are individually calculated depending on the size of your system & requirements.

Network Administration

  • Management of user network and e-mail accounts
  • Software patches and service packs for PC and server operating

Server Monitoring

  • Server disc space, memory and CPU usage
  • Server RAID status
  • Anti-virus updates and alerts
  • Server operating system event errors and warnings for key services
    such as mail systems, print subsystem and specialist applications
  • Internet access

Key component disaster recovery

  • Mansol will make sure that there is complete to allow system recovery
  • In the event of a disaster affecting one of your servers, we will install a loan
    server [for up to 5 days], re-install any required applications and recover
    your system from the latest backup
  • Subject to initial audit, we will also provide an equivalent loan unit for up to
    3 days in the event of complete failure of an essential network
    component such as a switch or broadband router
  • More advanced server backup services are available at additional cost
